Construction positions go unfilled across the U.S. annually. The shortage isn't slowing down — it's growing.
Each round alternates self-development with construction management training. You progress through the rounds at the pace that's right for you.
The program is fully funded by grants, employer partners, and sponsors — so cost is never the barrier to your career.
Each round runs as six two-week modules — every student moves through the same path, from industry basics to advanced skills. You'll work through the rounds you need to be ready to interview for one of three management-track careers. Most students complete 2–3 rounds before graduating, paced to their progress.
BTY graduates don't start at the bottom of the labor market. They start at the beginning of a management career — with a clear trajectory to Project Manager and beyond.
Whether you're a contractor looking for management-track talent or a funder investing in workforce development, there's a partnership designed for you.
Applications are open for the next cohort. The program is free for accepted participants — funded by employer partners and grants. All you need to bring is the commitment to show up for every 12-week round and put in the work.
